These Terms govern your use of Thebes, a service that generates and publishes short-form videos to channels you connect. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Your account & channels

You are responsible for the channels you connect and for the activity on your Thebes account. You must have the right to publish to any channel you connect.

Content & responsibility

Thebes generates scripts, narration, captions, and video layouts from gaming-news stories. You choose the publishing mode (manual approval or autopilot) and remain responsible for reviewing what is published and for keeping it within each platform's policies — including YouTube's Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish content you do not have the rights to.
Do not use the service to violate the terms or policies of any connected platform.

Availability & changes

The service is offered on an early-access basis and may change. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
