This Privacy Policy explains what data Thebes collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Thebes generates and publishes short-form videos to channels you connect.

Information we collect

Account & contact data — the email address and channel details you provide when you apply for or use the service.
Connected platform data — when you connect Google/YouTube, Instagram, Threads, or Telegram, we access only what is needed to identify your channel and publish content you approve (see below).
Operational data — the scripts, voiceovers, captions, and videos generated for your channel, plus publishing status.

Google and YouTube data

Thebes' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request access only to:

your basic Google account identity (name and email) to create and secure your account;
your YouTube channel identity, to confirm where content will be published;
permission to upload and publish Shorts and their metadata that you have approved.

We never ask for your Google or YouTube password. You can revoke Thebes' access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or via our disconnect instructions.

Instagram data

When you connect an eligible Instagram Business or Creator account, Thebes uses the Meta permissions needed to identify that account and publish Reels you approve. You can revoke access from your Meta connected-app settings or follow our disconnect instructions.

How we use data

We use the data above to operate the service: to detect relevant stories, generate Shorts, and publish them to the channels and in the publishing mode you have configured. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Data deletion.
