– Bungie confirmed the Shadow and Order update has been delayed and will launch on June 9, 2026.
– Bungie said the update is being changed and expanded to include sizable quality-of-life updates and will be renamed.
– Bungie stated it will provide details closer to release on Weapon Tier Upgrading and additions like Pantheon 2.0.
– Bungie said Tiered Gear will be expanded to all Raid and Dungeon activities and Tier 5 stats will be added for Exotic Armors.
– Shadow and Order was originally scheduled to launch on March 3, two days before Bungie’s new game Marathon.
– Bungie said that through June it will continue routine bug fixes, portal modifiers, Guardian Games (March), and a more frequent Iron Banner cadence (April).
– SteamDB indicates just over 11,000 people are currently playing Destiny 2.
